According to the amendment of the "Regulation on Certification of Conformity to Technical Standards for Specified Radio Equipment" (MIC Ordinance No. 37 of 1981), the form and contents of reporting to the MIC that the registered certification body has carried out construction design certification have been changed (MIC Ordinance No. 45 issued in April 1, 2017).

  When the applicant applies for construction design certification with attaching the test result, in addition to the construction design certificate, the part layout diagram, the external view / photograph (with dimensions) of the specific radio equipment, the result of the characteristic test (including the photographs and charts shown) in addition to the previous report items. (In addition to these thems, the certification body attach a copy of the certificates.)

• In the case of construction design certification of unlicensed specific radio equipment: Wireless LAN, Bluetooth, specified low power equipment, etc.
• Unlicensed radio functions attached to specific radio devices requiring the blanket license or other licenses are not eligible (Wireless LAN attached to cellular phone corresponds).

 Because it will be enforced on April 1, 2018, this report will be started from radio equipment certified March 16 - 31, 2018, which will be reported at the beginning of April.
